Santos look to break their Ceni hoodoo and close in on Bahia

Santos host Bahia on Saturday night in round 32 looking to beat Rogério Ceni, who has lost only two of 12 matches against them since 2017. Cuca's side have taken 61% of the points since the World Cup break and won six of their last eight away games.

Os 12 confrontos: 2017, Santos 1 x 3 São Paulo (Paulistão); 2019, Cruzeiro 2 x 0 e Fortaleza 2 x 1; 2020, Santos 1 x 1 Fortaleza e Flamengo 4 x 1; 2022, Santos 0 x 3 São Paulo, São Paulo 2 x 1 e Santos 1 x 0; 2023, São Paulo 3 x 1 (Paulistão) e Bahia 1 x 2; 2025, Santos 2 x 2 Bahia e Bahia 2 x 0.

No primeiro turno deste ano, Ceni cumpriu terceiro amarelo e não esteve no banco: o auxiliar Charles Hembert comandou o 2 a 2.
