PVC: Conmebol should reject Flamengo request over Rojo

For Paulo Vinicius Coelho (PVC), it is highly unlikely that Conmebol will uphold Flamengo request to be awarded the points from the game against Estudiantes. CAS accepted the Argentine club case and overrode Conmebol decision, and Marcos Rojo had already left the pitch when the final place was decided on penalties.
