Ballon d'Or 2026: the favourites and the case for each candidate

The 2026 Ballon d'Or will be handed out on 26 October in London with Mbappe and Kane the leading contenders: the Frenchman scored 42 for Real Madrid and is the World Cup's top scorer of all time with 22, against 61 and 73 for the Englishman this season.

Kane surge no extremo oposto.
