Henderson sets race walk marathon world record in the rain in Japan
Rebecca Henderson, 25, clocked 3:14:52 to break the race walk marathon world record in Takahata, Japan, in soaking rain. The Australian took 19 seconds off the previous mark and won the women's race by 14 minutes; it is Australia's first senior world record in a championship event in 20 years.
