Dana explains interim belt and jabs Islam: 'you can't hold up the division'

Dana White explained the interim welterweight belt by saying the UFC will not wait for Islam Makhachev, who pushed his return back until after Ramadan. The champion refused to face Carlos Prates at UFC 336 on Jan. 30 in Toronto, so the Brazilian now meets Michael Morales for the interim title.
