Active recovery better than rest? The science has not settled it

Two recent reviews show active recovery is not always better than rest. The 2024 one gathered 22 reviews and 1,100 endurance athletes and found no single strategy; the May 2026 review saw light movement helping vertical jump within 24 hours, with a wide margin of error.

Duas revisões recentes ajudam a organizar a discussão.
