What the CAS document that cleared Rojo and caused Libertadores chaos says
The injunction signed by Antonio de Quesada cleared Marcos Rojo only partially for the Libertadores semi-final and warned Estudiantes of the risks of an adverse ruling, with Flamengo leaning on the 2018 Santos precedent before the 28 November final.
