Olympiacos travel to Istanbul without centre Nikola Milutinov, who has discomfort in his right foot and will undergo tests. The 30-year-old averaged 4.8 points and 7.8 rebounds in the 2026-27 EuroLeague, and the Greeks are also without Montero, Fournier and Dorsey.
