Galvez confirmed Elton Bassi as head coach for the 2027 season and set the start of pre-season for 7 December at the CT Forte do Imperador in Rio Branco. The club have a place in the 2027 Copa do Brasil.

Elton Bassi é o novo técnico do Galvez para a próxima temporada. A contratação do treinador ex-Femar-PB, com passagens por clubes do futebol paulista, foi confirmada pelo presidente do Imperador, Igor Oliveira, nesta terça-feira, 27.
O profissional tem vários trabalhos como preparador físico, passando por clubes de São Paulo como Catanduva, São José, Juventus e Marília, além do Ji-Paraná-RO. Já como técnico, os últimos trabalhos foram no Femar-PB, no Assisense-SP e no Grêmio Catanduvense-SP.
Segundo Igor Oliveira, o treinador deve desembarcar na capital acreana na primeira semana de dezembro. A pré-temporada está marcada para começar no dia 7, no CT Forte do Imperador, em Rio Branco.
O Galvez tem vaga na Copa do Brasil de 2027, por conta da terceira colocação no estadual desta temporada, e também no Campeonato Acreano.
