Roddick details the cost of running a team on tour: 'it comes out of the player's pocket'
Andy Roddick turned to his own numbers on the Served podcast to explain why running a team in professional tennis is expensive and weighs far more on those lower down. He listed spending on a coach, a fitness trainer, flights and hotels, and recalled that the investment belongs to the player and only returns with results.
