Botafogo reach three months without an away win and see their cushion over the relegation zone shrink
Botafogo completed three months without an away win by losing 2-1 to Remo at the Mangueirão in the 33rd round. Their only away victory since 26 July was the 1-0 win over Cruzeiro, and they have 39 points, four above Internacional, with five rounds left.

São 39 pontos, quatro acima do Internacional, primeiro time fora do Z-4.
