Halloween: the curses football took seriously
Béla Guttmann left Benfica promising the club would not win another European trophy in a hundred years, and they lost the European finals of 1963, 1965 and 1968. In Argentina, Independiente fans buried seven cats to hinder Racing, champions only in 2001, and the piece recalls the curse on whoever knocks Grêmio out.
