Lightning and sport: the first thunderclap is already a reason to stop

Weather safety specialists say the first thunderclap is enough to seek shelter. According to NOAA, a strike can hit points several kilometres from the rain, and Inpe recommends enclosed buildings or closed-cab vehicles; in an emergency, call SAMU (192) and the fire service (193).
