From futsal to the national team in six years: who helped shape defender Jonathan Jesus

Called up by Ancelotti for the November friendlies, defender Jonathan Jesus reached Cruzeiro after leaving futsal in his teens and making his senior debut for Ceará in 2023. The club turned down 10 million euros from Zenit and now want 20 million, after he played the full 90 minutes in 27 matches since April.
