The Tocantinense second division semi-finals on Saturday at 15h45 decide the two finalists and, with them, the clubs promoted to the state top flight in 2027. Batalhao beat Interporto 4 to 1 in the first leg in Palmas, and Guarai beat Sao Jose 1 to 0.

Neste sábado (31), às 15h45, as semifinais da Segunda Divisão do Tocantinense definem os dois finalistas e, com eles, os clubes que sobem para a elite estadual em 2027.
Na ida, o Batalhão FC construiu boa vantagem: 4 a 1 sobre o Interporto, em Palmas. O Guaraí venceu em casa por 1 a 0 diante do São José.
Dos quatro, só o Interporto já foi campeão da Primeira Divisão. O time de Porto Nacional chegou a oito finais do Estadual, com quatro títulos (1999, 2013, 2014 e 2017) e quatro vices (1997, 2000, 2011 e 2015). Está fora da elite desde o rebaixamento de 2023 e vem batendo na trave nas tentativas de volta.
São José, Guaraí e Batalhão nunca disputaram uma final da divisão principal. O São José teve passagens em 2007 e 2008, voltou em 2010 — quando escapou por um ponto — e caiu de novo em 2011. O Guaraí estreou em 2011, terminando em terceiro, jogou 2012 e 2013 e caiu em 2014; retornou em 2015, quando caiu outra vez, e só voltou nesta temporada. O Batalhão disputou a Série A de 2024, perdeu todos os jogos e foi rebaixado; voltou na Segundona, caiu em 2025 e abandonou o torneio de acesso no segundo semestre de 2025.
