Brazil returned to the top of the world in Valorant's competitive scenario. LOUD won the title of the Valorant Champions 2026 in Shanghai, China, on Sunday, taking the prize of $1 million (about $5 million at the current price).

It was the second time that LOUD won Riot Games' most important First-Person Shooter (FPS) championship - the Brazilian organization had been champion in 2022, with a completely different cast from the current one, becoming the only one in the world to have two titles.

This time, LOUD reached the top of the podium with Brazilians Lucca "lukxo" and Enzo "tkzin", Colombian Juan "Darker", Chilean Roberto "erde" and Portuguese David "DaviH", all newcomers in international competitions.

In the final, played on Sunday, the team defeated European Vitality 3-1 (13-11 in Summit, 8-13 in Lotus, 13-5 in Sunset and 13-10 in Haven).

In the trajectory for the title, LOUD passed in 2nd place in Group B, behind Vitality, with two wins and one loss. He then defeated Asian Paper Rex, North American NRG and Vitality to reach the grand final.

Captain of the team, Erde was voted the best player in the championship and, in the interview after the title on stage, he was thrilled to tell that his mother had died two days before the premiere.
