Winterburn 'forgives' Arsenal's transfer window and explains the snubs

Nigel Winterburn defended Arsenal's board after the penalty shootout exit to fourth-tier Fleetwood Town and said the club's targets turned them down. In his view, players such as Vinicius Junior and Álvarez are happy where they are.
