Howe emerges as a contender if Manchester United move on from Carrick
Eddie Howe has emerged as a serious option at Manchester United should the club move on from Michael Carrick, the first permanent British appointment of the Ineos era. Howe took Bournemouth out of League Two in 2009, reached the Premier League in 2015 and, at Newcastle since 2021, won the 2025 EFL Cup, the club’s first trophy in 56 years.

A decisão cabe a Omar Berrada (diretor-executivo), Jason Wilcox (diretor esportivo) e Christopher Vivell (recrutamento).
