Scouts from Crystal Palace and Tottenham watched goalkeeper Otávio in Cruzeiro’s derby against Atlético-MG at the Arena MRV. The club will only discuss offers starting at 20 million euros, around R$121 million, and the 21-year-old has already been monitored by Eintracht Frankfurt and Nottingham Forest.
