Owen recalls Carragher's warning before swapping Liverpool for Real in 2004
Michael Owen told FourFourTwo he never intended to leave Liverpool in 2004 and that Carragher tried to talk him out of joining Real Madrid, warning that with Raúl, Ronaldo and Morientes up front he would not play. Owen went anyway, after 158 goals in 297 games for the club.

"No final, aceitei.
