Diop avoids red card in Ipswich draw as VAR decision splits opinion

Issa Diop was only booked for bringing down James McAtee as the last defender in Ipswich's 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest, and the VAR decision split opinion. Referee Thomas Bramall went to the pitchside screen and kept the yellow card, while Forest manager Oliver Glasner called it “a clear red card”.

“O cartão vermelho vai dividir a decisão”, disse.
