Bridgestone prepares F1 return and gains ground in supply race

Bridgestone wants to supply F1 tyres again and is seen in the paddock as the favourite for the FIA's next choice, having sent a delegation to the Singapore and United States Grands Prix. Pirelli has been sole supplier since 2011 and holds the contract until the end of 2028.
