Bearman: the VF-26 has hit its ceiling on downforce

Oliver Bearman said Haas has already extracted everything it can from the VF-26 in downforce and that no new parts are coming, even as rivals develop. The Briton was 11th and 10th in the first two practice sessions in the United States and slipped to 16th in qualifying.
