Antonelli treats the Vettel record as a condition, not a promise
Kimi Antonelli, 20, can become Formula 1's youngest champion on Sunday at the United States Grand Prix in Austin, where he arrives 102 points clear of team-mate George Russell. The title needs him to win, Russell to finish outside the top eight and Lewis Hamilton outside the top four. Sebastian Vettel holds the record, set in Abu Dhabi in 2010 at the age of 23.
